I have not worked for the Treasury, but have worked in government for 34 years. I can say that even at an agency level there are very strict policies regarding anything unrelated to receiving or spending money. I can only imagine how much tighter it must be where so many transactions are made.

It matters to those of us who still believe in truth, respect, and justice.
