My phone started a loud alert and then a few seconds later I felt a big bump (I'm near coast), that was the larger one. Interesting that the alert got to me before the quake.

LA Times is reporting that 100,000 applications were received in 45 minutes - for 1500 available vouchers. I'd say demand is pretty high! www.latimes.com/california/s...

They could have done both! Now they will allow developers to build more homes with fossil fuel infrastructure that will cost more and pollute the community.
