Another vote for the video games Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West. They explore the post-post-apocalypse after an AI driven extinction and then rebuilding, where the humans have mostly ~ancient/pre-mediaeval technology, but with robot dinosaurs roaming. It's fantastic.

Sorry to be 'that guy', but ghee is made from butter. So it is accurate (if mostly unnecessary) to say 'cow ghee', as that's just specifying origin, a bit like saying 'chicken eggs' to distinguish it from other types of eggs. But it wouldn't be accurate to call butter 'ghee', as they are different.
