I had a feral kitten. They need to get used to you on their terms. Leave food and water out and provide nice soft places to hide when they are overwhelmed. Then just sit in the same room doing your own thing until they get curious enough to come check you out.

Yeah, when I checked my multi, it was about 20-30% of the DV. So I got a supplement of D that is 100%. I just started taking it again 2 weeks ago, and I started getting my energy back about 3 days ago.

Totally understandable. Life is rough. If Im recalling correctly, you recently moved to the PNW. The winter months can be brutal for people with depression. A lot of us take vitamin D supplements to help with that.
