Machiya is a minimalist and surreal project dedicated to Japanese pop and sub-cultural aesthetics, where pastel and vivid colors meet typical Japanese nostalgia. Each Machiya tells its own story, and each character is a figment of my imagination or almost. Using AI as an image stock provider, this work is a mix of techniques like, Digital Art, Collage and Graphic Design.
