Renters' Rights Bill - Housing Minister, @matthewpennycookmp.bsky.social, stated on 18 December 2024 "The [Renters' Rights] Bill will exempt Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)...". So when are we going to see precisely how the Bill will do that? In fact, the Bill does NOT exempt PBSA !
