Noem’s cap is pulled low, so we can’t really see her eyes; instead, her face appears comprised mainly of lips. The men’s heads have been shaved; there’s lighting on Noem but they’re in the murk, hard to distinguish from one another.

And so you are left with the absolutely bizarre circumstance that a nonprofit plausibly might have a fiduciary obligation to sell to the highest bidder, even if it finds that highest bidder unsavory and uncharitable. What if it got a topping bid from the Chinese Communist Party? What if a robot wearing a fake mustache came in and said “I will pay $150 billion for your company and will not use it to take over the world and enslave humanity, what even gave you that idea”? Would the charity’s obligation — its obligation not to give assets away to a for-profit company, but to be paid fair value for them — require it to sell to the highest bidder?1

I've been playing #Balatro for a few days now. It's not just a "poker roguelike," it makes poker as easy and rewarding as solitaire.

It gives you many more cards and multipliers/bonuses, while removing other difficult aspects of poker (like bluffing and bet management).

Highly recommended.

Imagine if @aoc @sanders.senate.gov , every dem, SIMULTANEOUSLY held Town Halls where they allowed grant and contract recipients to explain to the country what it is they do and why it's important
