I feel like the most exhausting thing about being this exhausted is that I can’t do more to feel less.

Last year. I officially overcame my severe panic when flying. It felt nothing short of freedom to take a flight to visit friends, family, new adventures. The world felt like my oyster again. This year, there is NO WAY I am getting on an aircraft. Not because of anxiety, this time.

James: He Mom? In college, can you get in your car and leave, then come back later?
Me: yes
James: Okay. I’ll go to college.

Not to get all New Jersey conspiracy theory or anything, but my nearly 11 year old and I spent a good 30 minutes tracking a bright planet? Star? Drone? Move across the sky- then disappear. Because, why not?

Snow capped mountains to the east, blue skies above. Much needed beauty today.

I don’t want to post about fires because they are really scary right now. I have heard that seeing a coyote in daylight is a good omen( not for pets). Caught this one today.
