I for one was hoping for this!

Would you consider the election of Reagan a dramatic reorientation of policy (from that of Carter)? Or do you think the electorate’s choice for Reagan was in some sense aligned with his foreign policy vision?

I mean, a concerted effort to make a universal catalogue of, fully digitize, fund high-quality translations of, and provide free access to the world’s university and great municipal libraries would be fantastic. Throw in high quality digital photos of museum artifacts for good measure!!!
