@mackaszechno.bsky.social You can completely omit the `if`: `$` on lists will return `NULL` if the key is missing, same as your current conditional expressions.

@coolbutuseless (unfortunately sprintf doesn’t work with raw for bizarre reasons, so you’ll need to throw in an as.integer() if you use raw)

@odr_k4tana Ah, no. The code is used inside a package (called ‘rprofile’) and generates an unevaluated call that might look as follows:

try(rprofile::load(isolate = TRUE, dev = interactive()))

… I could simplify my code by hard-coding the package name ‘rprofile’. But I’d like to avoid that.
