It's a very old story but couldn't be more simple
The same things been happening since the invention of money and wealth
Fighting to stop them is inevitable

*I should add, in the unlikely event someone is reading this, I live right on the shore of a large wide bay
The winds here are always more intense than just up the road a bit
I see a severe weather alert and can't help but think of the roof and the fence which Ive repaired or replaced many times

Weather used to be a cliched, boring conversation. Now it's like watching an Opera (or something that can bring about powerful feelings through periods of melancholy into a building suspense)
I want to go back to the times when we had boring things

I didn't know about drone-free roofs but since they exist Id assume they'd be installed above every building that houses people with an insatiable blood lust and unrestricted access to the nation's AmEx card

Well we don't get to a point like this without both parties being hypocritical and much much worse

Money literally buys policy
We've known this
Yet we've allowed it to come to a somewhat logical conclusion

She's right about January 6th
I can give credit even to them people I loathe
But knowing the Democrats, specifically her brand of politics, Im somewhat surprised she didn't try to suggest they should've taken a more moderate form of insurrection
One that swing voters might find appealing...

And if you don't fall into that category I have 2 words for you..."just wait"
The little they give out is strategic. It's a way to stave off rebellion. But billionaires are like addicts. They can't stop taking. They need more and more.
Except unlike addicts, THEY become more powerful

Im thinking a party with balls is one people will follow
But here's the thing
Every time the American people accept even a half measure they'll get far less than promised
When neither party promises much what exactly do you think you'll get?

And one major reason being that as an owner it can be cheaper to rent than buy
When you own property you're more likely to care for it because it's vital to your success
A renter on the other hand can work those tools (people) to death and then just grab another one

And that's hardly a Trump or Republican thing. That line of thinking came into main stream politics and the Dems became the party of the professional class to bring it to life

We don't need this one example of underpaid teachers to make the case that there's WAY WAY MORE than enough money
For that all you need to do is look at how much richer a few people have gotten, how the value of companies have risen into the trillions, how worker productivity has risen immensely
