The other fun stat is that in all 3 years it lost 1st it was second, and that in 2020-2021 it held BOTH the top two spots. Just kinda unfathomable how dominate its run is.

you’re using something like an ITIL framework. If your “Procedure” document is like three steps, it’s probably shit and isn’t helping anyone. In fact it’s probably costing the company time because I searched, found it, read it, realized it was bad, and then still had to go figure it out elsewhere.

Yeah, I think it’s a like endgame / culture thing. If this idea is, “I’m placing this here and it’s has the barebones framework of a good documented process.” Then yeah let’s go. If it’s, “slap some shit up here to say it’s finished,” I think that’s when I’d rather have nothing. Especially when

My knee jerk was that sometimes I’d rather have no documentation than sloppy documentation, but I realized that’s more about it being bad at actually documenting than just say, someone’s screenshot of an IM w/ instructions.
