I hate that I’m not any good at Silksong and will have to experience the story through watching someone else’s play through because there’s no easier difficulty mode. This has been the only non-FromSoftware game where I’ve had to throw in the towel and admit it’s just not gonna happen.

Feel for Tel being left out of the European squad but the same thing happened to Djed and now he’s got a new contract and is in the England squad, so it’s far from a career killer.

The more I think about the Kolo Muani signing the more excited I get. Maybe I’m just hyping myself up because we don’t have any football to watch for a while but I’ve got a feeling he could be one of the best signings of the window.

Woke up in the middle of a weird dream. I was walking around an empty Camp Nou, spotted Jerry Seinfeld in a luxury box, walked up to him and berated him for having a high school age girlfriend when he was almost 40. Not sure what it means, but hopefully something about Spurs getting 3 points today.

We are at another “it’s so over/we’re so back” crossroads moment. Trying not to get too excited about the newest links by preemptively getting in the appropriate headspace for Chelsea to swoop in and make Xavi their 31st signing of the window any minute now.

Happy for Palhinha getting player of the week, richly deserved and back to back awards for Spurs. I thought he’d be useful when we signed him but he’s exceeded even what I thought he’d be able to do for us. Early going but he’s been immense!

My manager at the office just informed me Spurs have offered €60m for me. Must be a mistake but I know the club is throwing these offers around everywhere. Not getting my hopes up as I know Levy is going to nickel and dime my firm over sell-ons and payment structure.
