Understood. I am dealing with healing. Almost healed, and going to physical therapy. My orthopedist has lifted weight restrictions. My physical therapist is kind, but, she is all about pushing me…A bit but…she waits to see my cringe and tells me “Enough of That”. I tend to push things.
