I also keep a reference of all of the boxes I store my floss in (think tackle boxes) for easy finding/sorting. Also a premade floss inventory tracker I found online.

At the end of the day, I reference my pattern app and my progress posts here to check how many stitches I've done, and I log that update with a progress photo. (3/5)
