It's not really a matter of being difficult or expensive to get a passport. It's just that most Americans don't feel the need for one considering the US is so large. That's unlike European countries. We're not constantly crossing borders when traveling

Yeah, focusing on the major ones first is key also try looking to CareCredit It's was very helpful for me with medical stuff. Just have to remember to get everything paid by the promotional period

But yeah depending on where you are consumer protections may apply here if a garage fails to find the root cause of an issue and the issue persists refunds/compensational work is absolutely on the table

I mean hopefully not. You can definitely argue that they should have checked the wire's condition for insulation issues they should have also done a voltage drop test for any resistance and made sure there wasn't any loose or corroded terminals
