It actually was a shooting...after her ran ppl over he jumped out n fired into a crowd. THEN shot at the police...two officers were shot, 15 ppl confirmed dead n 30 injured n u don't think he opened fire at a crowd of ppl? That was a mass shooting n that's why it's being labeled as such!
