Also, I am guessing their contract was for playing at the Kennedy Center, not at the Trump-Kennedy Center. The Kennedy Center no longer exists, so neither do any of the bookings.

In the mid 80s when I was in Spain, you’d get into a cab with one of these cab drivers who’ve been heavily protected and subsidize by Franco and they’d always say, “with Franco, things were better.“ Yeah, like you were 20 years younger!
