Oh no! I've been drinking a herbal tea blend, especially for sore throats and coughs, and taking pine bark extract. It seems to have done the trick along with rest. Hope you feel better soon.

This is such a healthy conversation and music to my ears! Let's have more of them. We need to shift the "Overton Window" to allow more momentum for a shift in current policy/politics that gave led down a dark path.

I think intelligent people did see things coming. Many of us also have shared about it...however unless you've got the platform where people listen or are engaged, then guess what!? Nobody really listens. There are many of us now sorting things out ourselves.

It's interesting since making people aware of the choices we have and how when we rally together for decency, we can affect real transformations!
