True, but the Roberts court gets to decide what a function of his being head of state means. In a normal state of affairs I would agree with you 100%, but we have seen too many times that this SC has sided with the admin in spite of precedent and legality.

The Republicans only need to lose a couple representatives and they will be in the minority. Maybe we can hope that happens before November!
