Importantly, trans people's right to participate in public life isn't a distraction from "the real issues." And bathrooms are a major factor in any person's ability to participate in public life. That is a real material issue with economic, medical, and social implications.

I hope y’all are seriously upping your self care practices as we enter another round of presidential terror. Last night I decided to add a fifteen minute stretch routine before getting into bed and it was a BLESSING to both my musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
