Right and the biggestincrease was this year. Really got my attention. I used to work with home and auto insurance claims. I knew all this but never made the time to shop around. Retired now. After the first couple years you lose the discounts they give when you first get your new policy.

We live in MI. >10 yrs insured w/Hartford through aarp. Have 2 normal cars both are pleasure use 2025 premium went up to $3010. We have a normal house went up to $3522. Saw a local independent agent now home&auto combined are $2822. Higher coverage even. Saved $3710
