Shoutout to Japan's nuttiest idol group 3776, who have just released their first album in five years - THE BIRTH AND DEATH OF THE UNIVERSE THROUGH MT. FUJI, fusing geological timescales with the high school experience and some of the most eccentric art pop ever produced. Very possibly AOTY 2024!?

It looks better than 2001, that's for sure... Stanley Kubrick, eat your heart out! Chiyono Ide on a magic carpet made out of long-time band mascot 3776-tan, who looks like a sort of... white thing with black ears and a very simple face. Don't ask me, I didn't make it!

Went camping recently with two old friends... a copy of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and a trusty towel. Never leave home without them!
