CPS came by Gears' home, and very quickly saw what the landlord fed them was complete bullshit, assuring him and his wife that they have nothing to worry about.

Now they can just focus on finding a new place to live and getting the fuck out of that hellhole.

If any of you can, please help Dr. Gears and his family. Their piece of shit landlord keeps threatening him and his family to ruin their lives, and they need to get the fuck out of there sooner than later.
