I bought my first Android Phone to replace my iPhone.

On my Nothing Phone:
- I can't find something like spotlight
- I miss a decent mail app
- Google is a add company and it shows

Pff, been staring at the same sudoku for days, but I finally solved it!

Never expected to say this, but I'm using a Gecko based browser as my daily driver. LibreWolf is my browser of choice for now.

Still falling back to UnGoogled Chromium and @polypane.app for development.

I do miss Arc's split views and pinned tabs, but containers are better.

I just disabled "cmd-s", "left", "right", "up" and "down" in @zed.dev, time to step up learning vim motions.

Now I hope which key is implemented in Zed soon!

We've got 1 in-person and 2 online tickets for State of the Browser available from our @set.studio sponsorship to give away.

I was planning on getting down there, but I'm not gonna be available with the rail replacement situation and timing.

First come, first served!

@zed.dev can I generate conventional commit messages with the git integration?

I'm now using aicommit2 with LazyGit for this.

Why did @zed.dev implement custom icons? Spending too much time making my own icon theme based on with Lucide icons with TokyoNight Night colours.

I now am a proud owner of a 3D printer!

What are good sites to start reading about best practices, filaments and stuff?

And what are the must prints?

Today I used @zed.dev for pair programming, combined with Slack.

We used Zed for the coding.
We used Slack for screen sharing a dev browser and for talking.

I finally took my time to figure out the @github.com setting "Block command line pushes that expose my email".

Now all my commits to GitHub use the noreply email address.

Learned to edit git commits (reset the author) while at it.

I removed GitHub as my backup git client and replaced it with #lazygit.

While I was removing stuff, I also removed @vscode.dev and replaced it with @zed.dev (vim mode).

I like @polypane.app for testing, but I can't get the portal function to work on MacOS Sequoia.

Anyone got a tip? The MacOS Firewall settings aren't that helpful.

This week I've been setting up another developer tool for me and my colleagues.

We had a Team Tech Talk about writing commit messages and we settled on the "Conventional Commits" structure.

To help us write better commits, we also setup #commitlint with #Husky.

Next step change log generation.
