Global trade system as we knew it broke down yesterday, and today Korea is deciding whether to impeach the president. Crazy days!

I feel like South Korea is drifting, in a world that is becoming increasingly unlike the one that facilitated its growth. Two principles I believe we need to hold firmly - (1) secure avenues of trade: supply of food and energy, export of our goods, (2) liberal democracy underpinned by rule of law.
