How do you kickstart the right to choose thing? I've printed a referral letter from a provider... Do I just book a GP appointment, give them the letter and let them do the rest?

Festival is my mode of choice. Throwbacks to Rock Band. I've got quite good at using the controller bumpers rather than guitar... It's been nerfed in terms of xp though
