Watching the SNL from last night on dvr and can’t help but wonder if we make it to 51. From the cold open bomb on, it was just awful. Is it just me or is the show searching for direction post election?

So I only got a b+ in conlaw 20 years ago but isn’t David Pecker essentially handing a slam dunk defamation case to Hillary. He confirmed that the purpose of the stories published by AMI were to maliciously harm her. This would satisfy NYT v Sullivan.

Why do hotels think partisan propaganda is a good idea to play in their lobby. They have already declared they are entertainment not news so go with local news or something more newsworthy.

Update: it’s downright painful to follow new accounts on this platform. Shouldn’t the whole point be making it easy to select accounts you want to see more content from to inform what to show me next.

Ok. My biggest critique so far is I shouldn’t have to click into TWO different levels to follow a poster from a feed. I should hit the dots or whatnot next to a post and select follow. Not click post to see it in main post view. Then click author. Then click follow. Fix that. @bsky.app

Rebooting my follower list from the other site sucks but let’s give the rollercoaster one more go round and see if this time is different.
