It’s far from free but the most accurate and useful test I have ever done is the Strengths Finder www.gallup.com/cliftonstren... It is especially useful if you’re taking it with other coworkers so you can get a better picture of where your strengths complement or leave gaps

I landed on working more toward the beginning of this week so today and tomorrow are lighter working days. Working Monday & part of Tuesday then I am off for a week. Our summer nanny is coming back for a few days next week to lighten the mental load a little (& maybe score a day date with Brian?!)
