I'm demanding that [Rep or Senator XYZ] call for the immediate resignation of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth & National Security Advisor Michael Waltz for having a classified conversation on a personal phone and a commercial messaging app.
A recent Department of Defense memo specifically cited Signal as one example of an "unmanaged" messaging app that is not authorized to transmit non-public DOD information.
Any Defense Secretary or National Security Advisor who carelessly uses a non-secure phone to have classified conversations is putting our troops at immeasurable risk.

I'm so disgusted by this administration. I just called the Senators representing Indiana (yeah, I know it won't do much good) and demanded that they call for the resignation of everyone in the chat. Flood their offices with calls. This is horrific! What else are they lying about?

I do hope you and other leaders are quietly working to help us fight against the Trump administration. I never worried that President Biden was "putting things in place", but I don't know who has taken his place. Democrats feel disorganized right now.
It is simply not enough for universities to say, “Our grants & research offices are looking into how research will be affected by the latest directive.”
University leaders must actively and very publicly make the case for the kind of work many of us do. The silence on this front is deafening.

It’s important to know that a lot of productive activity is happening in person and offline, too.
Not all of it can be broadcast online, but we’ve had hundreds of people showing up to our trainings, mobilizations, and more.
