Shit, this is also the first time a main game naturally made my party level up to lv 100 and the difficulty of the DLC felt really good, I was backed into a corner a few times.

I think it checked most of my problems with the 3D era of games.
- Gen 6 AI was too stupid and the balancing around Exp Share was not good. They been trying to balance it out over time but I think it's in this game where it's finally right.

I hope one day I will own Sonic 3 & Knuckles, my absolute favorite Sonic game but I decided to get the first two a while ago. I really like Sonic 1 ngl, Sonic 2 ehhh not so much lol (Massive hot take I know)

I really sucked playing as the extra characters but still appreciate the feature, I was so close to beat the game as Roll but got filtered by the Boss Rush😩
Really liked MHX too, the voice acting is real neat and loved Vile's edgy ahh theme lol
