Dropping Jones but voting for Vizquel? Andruw must have had a bad year.

My gut tells me that Jones is going to be very close to 75% (74 to 76%). He still needs about 14 more flipped votes from returning voters or a bunch of votes from new voters. I think his chance of getting in this year is about 60 to 70% not 93%.

If you use all 10 votes, there is no need to be anonymous.

I don't like it, but at least he has the balls to release his ballot.

I don't have a problem when someone shares their vote even if I don't like it, but this voter was obvious embarrassed by his vote and made it anonymous. I am pretty certain he was not anonymous in the past. Only one voter last year voted for these 3 but not Beltran, Jones, Pettitte or Utley.

It is pretty obvious why this person wants to stay anonymous. They would have a hard time defending this ballot. None of the top four vote getters are on their ballot.

hanks Jason for your work. I look forward to each update.

Jones has 19 of 21 1st time voters, but you need 4 out 4 new voters to equal 1 flipped voter.

This is the strangest ballot of the year. If you are against Beltran for cheating and Jones for domestic abuse. How can you vote for Vizquel, a man with domestic abuse and sexual harassment issues, and Rodriguez and Ramirez each known steroid users.

I would not be surprised if Jones falls just short of 75%. He has flipped only 7 of 111 voters from no to yes so far of revealed votes. Last year Jones was 35 votes short. On the other hand, he has received 17 of 18 new voters votes.

Thanks for your early insight. Your numbers look reasonable.

This ballot is an embarrassment. Did Jones have that much better than Utley or Felix last year? There is no need to drop someone you previously voted for if you are voting for less than 10.

Dropping Utley is a jerk move.

It amazes me that anyone who would leave a blank ballot but not have the balls to say who they are. Hopefully one day all voters will have to reveal their selections.
