This was not a "rough" day for the administration. It was an unprepared day, a "you can't make me day", a "I don't give a s#!t" day.
Like the tornado, the administration's only focus is on dismantling as much as they can as fast as they can without concern for those affected by their destruction.

Serious question, do we think it is making a difference? Are there Republican Senators (or members of the House) who are seeing what is happening, hearing these stories, and willing to put their vote where their constituents are?
Otherwise this could all be "sound and fury, signifying nothing".
