That, plain and simple, is what the Democrats in Congress are desperately trying to hold onto. If you’re a citizen of a red state, consider contacting your representative and telling them that YOU would benefit from lower health costs!!

This has nothing to do with immigrants unlike the Republicans are frantically claiming. It may benefit more Democrats than republicans, but that’s because citizens in the states that have rejected that feature need to replace their leadership, so THEY can also benefit from lower healthcare costs.

Some states (most of the red states - but not all) have refused to allow their citizens to benefit from that part of the ACA. Fortunately, Colorado and Washington did. This benefit is the one Democrats in Congress are holding out for not being lost at the end of the year!!

While insurance companies were offering me good healthcare with an $8K deductible for $900/ month, the ACA’s benefit enabled me to only have to pay some $50/month - plus the deductible. I still had to cover that! And if I’d wanted a lower deductible, then of course!! the monthly fee goes up.

Much as I’d like it to be that easy, I think he’s suggesting that SINCE the Biden election was (forever in his mind) rigged, the people rose up and elected him to this term.
