Judge Frizzell adhered to the rule of law and favored individual farmers and the State of Oklahoma over Poultry integrators in his long-awaited, long-delayed ruling on Oklahoma vs Tyson et. al. Enough of the political gamesmanship, now, we should get to work. But an appeal is almost inevitable.

An accidental spill of raw sewage from the Glenpool sewage treatment plant inundated Coal Creek, likely killing all fish species over a stretch of 3 miles, to its confluence with Pole Cat Creek at Jenks, near the Arkansas River, on Oct. 1-2. Weeks passed before rain flushed the drainage.
