Beautiful work. Your colour changes look so nice and crisp.

Designs tend to be crisper particularly on knits and thicker fabrics like sweatshirt fleece. Try some text using different stabilizers and one or two layers and see what looks best. It often is really a game of trial and error. I kept loads of scrap material for trials

Hoop should be taught but not super drum tight. Small amount of play. Takes practice! Sometimes on larger images it helps to adjust the width of the outline if you can.

Have you learned about pull compensation? Should be some good articles online. Also always use backing. Two lightweight layers are good. Cut away for knits and tear away for wovens as general rule. Steam well after embroidering as well- not ironing!

Also don’t be afraid to use good quality poly thread! Gunold is great!

Looks good. If you have about 3 equal sections on the back of a 1/4” test ie. 1/3 top 1/3 bobbin 1/3 top then your tension should be great. Make sure to do each needle if you have multiples. Try to avoid adjusting the bobbin if you can help it! Ran a commercial business for about 10 years.

We may need support when our election rolls around. At least my province is good for now!

Accept that often you are the only one who sees the flaws! Just keep practicing! 😎

Try a Tunisian with a cord over a long hook. It looks like a regular hook with cord on end. If you have interchangeable double pointed knitting needles you can sometimes find a matching Tunisian hook. I also always go up at least one size from what I would usually crochet with for that yarn.

2. You don’t want to carry the yarn behind the stitches. On the return pass you do the same thing.

Have you ever done colour work in knitting? It’s similar in that you pick up the new colour, drop the old colour but work around the dropped yarn to twist and lock the colours together. If there are four colour changes in the row you will want four spools or balls of yarn.

I think that Crochet Mikey from Yarnspiations website may do a left handed video

Both yarns in photos are Red Heart.

I am in a few PP groups on Facebook that have some good pinned resources like videos and lists of yarns that pool. There is a planned pooling app on App Store that lets you input your colours and stitch count to see the results I think that Yarnspirations web site still has some good videos

Such a versatile stitch! Have you tried planned pooling so that you make a wonderful plaid? Stunning in moss stitch!
