I'm not going into details, but I know exactly what you're talking about, and it's really creepy having that kind of sanguinary experience.

Oh my god. I saw this in a theater way back when. I can’t believe it’s on tonight. Wow. This is a treat. She was a pioneer.

45 minutes (so far) listening to snippets of people singing in French, with Leonard Maltin’s flat lecture on the slowly changing advancements in sound is torturous. This was not what I was expecting. And I’m somebody who watches American Experience docs on PBS and loves them. Sorry.

What a stunning, touching, personal tribute. I feel for your loss. I envy the incredible lifelong friendship that you had with your friend Cleto. He would be so touched by everything you said. You are a real mensch, Jimmy.

The most amazing actor in this movie is Toto. He was a talented little dog. I can’t imagine how the trainer got him to fit into the scenes the way he did.

Oh yes! He speaks for so many people in this country who don’t have the eloquence or the courage to be this forthright. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Makes perfect sense to me!

Wow! This movie was fantastic! It was so smart & ballsy. I never thought of David Brian as such a good actor. He did a terrific job. The direction was tight & smart. Even though some of the victims were awfully gullible, they didn’t come across as caricatures. Good movie! 👍🏽 @eddiemuller.bsky.social

It was exceptional! It makes me have even more admiration and respect for Lee Grant. She has wisdom & soul & heart & talent & a boatload of humanity. OMG, what has happened to this country? Voices like hers have virtually become anachronisms as capitalism & authoritarianism have metastasized.

It was totally timely. Incredibly moving documentary.

Tremendous documentary!!! It’s eerily contemporary. It hurts to watch it, because nothing has gotten better. Kudos and happy birthday to Lee Grant. What a mensch! @benmank77.bsky.social
