i like the idea of a "progression assists" switch that you lock in at the start of the playthrough. that way the player doesn't have to press the "yes make the game easy for me" button when they've died to the same boss 73 times

It turns out that if you shift-drag a clip into DaVinci resolve and it doesn't attach to the timeline, file explorer just thinks it's being moved to another folder and throws it into the fucking void 🥰
