I think a way that the government can promote a healthy lifestyle is by removing taxes on gym memberships and golf course memberships and increasing taxes on unhealthy foods. This way, people will be able to afford healthy lifestyles more and avoid unhealthy choices.

In a full time 40 hour work week, sport opportunities could be limited because of my work schedule and possible financial difficulties, but there are affordable sports like soccer I could join. Getting enough physical activity would also be difficult, as I may not have time or energy to exercise

Something I consider leisure but not a sport would be shinny/pond hockey. While shinny can certainly turn into a sport, the simple activity of skating and shooting pucks is simply leisure. This is because it does not include a competitive aspect and does not include a point or scoring system.
