That's what I was thinking. And lol 😂😂 thanks. I've gotten better with it. I just try to stay off my phone majority of the time which is how I managed to read so many books this year lol.

Tried that, didn't really work. I think I get paranoid about the notifications. Plus I manage my works FB page now so I gotta have it just in case.
