HRT day 22 (but this is about 21): went to a funeral, the wake, unexpected birthday shopping, a pub, home, DID NOT NAP, had dinner, got dressed up, went to cabaret, matched the decor, went to pub, shocked people by being seen after 10pm, went to friend’s house, went home. WOW!! think it’s working 😍

HRT day 15: realised walking down the street that it’s saturday and I’ve left the house - second week in a row! also left the house yesterday (my day off). if I leave the house tomorrow it’s official, the effects have started!

HRT Day 12 (I think). Got very excited a few days ago because I felt ALIVE! Even left the house on saturday rather than stay curled up on the couch. Sleeping really well but want MORE! not sure it’s anything more than psychological but it’s great!

went to thailand once, K and I treated ourselves to a wondrous, posh cabin on the sea front. the sea was warm and calm, the sky was always blue. amazing and beautiful. where I live, not so much AND I BLOODY LOVE IT!
