Exactly why I’m concerned I don’t have kids I’m childfree but I do have adhd I was diagnosed at 9 with inattentive type I was in Special education classes and had an iep with access to notes and extra time on tests. Kids with disabilities deserve reasonable accommodations to succeed and learn

Hopefully the Supreme Court sides in the parents favor in my opinion it should be an easy ruling but with the Supreme Court having more conservative judges in the bench it make me nervous
