Turkish breakfast for one & a really really good book (which I actually just finished) that is partly set in ancient Troy (modern day Turkey). I was glad to find frozen simit at an international grocery store here (metro Atlanta). One day I hope to visit Turkey & try all the vegetarian Turkish food!
