Even with having 8 flats per floor they'll be nowhere NEAR to scale I'm pretty sure but it's still fun to try!

The screenshots are super low quality coz it's a snapshot of my already small main 3D window in Hammer, but basically I'm designing it modularly so I can simply copy paste the floors up then design the interiors to make them personalized. it's hard fitting 8 flats on one floor in a ROUND place...
