To clarify: I've had depression sense I was 10, severe at 15- Chronic last year. So I can handle it, it's just so disheartening and the helplessness and fear sits. Especially when people who support these things tell you your fear isn't justified, ever- At all. As if NOTHING is concerning.

Scary part about everything going on is I'm only 23, I was stunted in the "learn to adult" department- Never been into politics cuz I'm not savy enough, and I just. There's so much to consume, I don't know wtf to do beyond sit there, and feel the usual deep and immense spiral of depression.
