I hate half the lyrics in this song but I still love this song. I can just look past the parts I don’t agree with and enjoy the parts I do because the whole is worth it.

When did it become an expectation that because someone is lumped into a “milieu” (probably not the best word to use) that they must conform to a particular view? Isn’t that exactly the opposite of what creativity should foster in each of us?

Yesterday someone was telling a friend of mine he needed to “justify” his personal views to his fans. My response was “ would you tell him he had to justify his viewpoint if his viewpoint was the same as yours?”.
This went on for a while and just got dumber and dumber.
