Congratulations Liam! So so happy for you!

Hardest part was recognizing and admitting that i couldn’t cut it on my own anymore. That it was and more then likely has been more then i could handle for a few years. Still not sure who i think/feel i keep failing… myself, kiddo me, parents and/or Society in general. So many questions..

Met with the new therapist and did the intro meeting. Admitted that i felt a bit invalidated by the comment “not adhd enough” . So we talked about it, talked about cross over symptoms. And set some soft goals… still am not sure if i am “on pace” or still wandering about.. i suppose that will come.

Few days later met with a doc on a follow up and stated i wanted to discuss ADHD meds. Fast forward and now trying a different depression /anxiety med and going back to therapy partly since i didn’t present as ADHD enough. Do i feel better ? Not really, did i expect to no. It takes time.

After 3 days of wth, i taco’d to a doc and yay for steroid ointment.. washed the sheets and bedding.. next morning Irritative Contact Dermatitis from neck to toes.. >.< apparently my laundry detergent and my body were not friends anymore. No memo nuffin. Talk about RUDE!
