It's still a bit hard to sleep since I focus too much on keeping it isolated 😅 I'm usually in a mostly uncomfortable position so as to not lay directly on the affected area 🙃

It's a toss up between a few. I enjoy the Boston cream/custard ones the most, but a good jelly is solid too as long as it's not a powdered one 😅

I'd say it heals in stages. 3-4 days for the initial throbbing-ness to subside. Then a week or two for it to be completely "healed". Still needs lots of care and good moisturizing to avoid lizard skin 😅
