Last night, I was at a line dancing bar with some friends. I knew with the chronic illnesses, I wouldn’t be participating in the dancing/drinking for fear of flaring up later.

Now, I can’t wait to explain to my doctor why I’m flaring up from PLAYING DARTS all evening🤦🏻‍♀️
