I didnt but I've read it and it tracks. Our youth clubs are in some of the most deprived wards of Middlesbrough including where the riots were and this reinforces what we've been saying. I've forwarded it to my boss and colleagues

The government really need to look into investing in the youth services again. We can't do this on the funding we have.
